Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 13, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Full Settlements website and services.
By accessing or using Full Settlements, completing our questionnaire, or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Full Settlements.
1. Eligibility
Full Settlements is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
By using the website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.
2. About Full Settlements
Full Settlements is a consumer marketing and lead-generation service. The service allows individuals who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents to provide basic information about their circumstances and, where appropriate, be introduced to an independent participating law firm.
Full Settlements is not a law firm. We do not provide legal representation, legal advice, medical advice, or legal opinions. We do not determine whether you have a valid legal claim, determine the legal value of your claim, or decide whether a participating law firm will accept your matter.
3. Advertising and Lead-Generation Disclosure
Full Settlements is a marketing service designed to help individuals who may be seeking legal assistance following a motor vehicle accident connect with participating law firms.
Participating law firms may compensate the business operating Full Settlements for marketing and lead-generation services associated with introductions made through Full Settlements. This commercial relationship does not require you to hire any attorney or law firm.
Full Settlements does not provide legal recommendations or represent that any particular law firm is the best or most suitable firm for your individual circumstances.
4. No Legal Advice or Attorney-Client Relationship
Information provided through Full Settlements is for general informational and marketing purposes only and should not be interpreted as legal advice.
Using Full Settlements, completing the questionnaire, receiving an estimated settlement range, speaking with a call centre, or being introduced to a participating law firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship may only be created if you and a participating law firm separately agree to enter into such a relationship in accordance with that firm's procedures.
You should not rely on information provided by Full Settlements as a substitute for obtaining advice directly from a qualified attorney concerning your individual circumstances.
5. Participating Law Firms
Participating law firms are independent third parties. Full Settlements does not control:
- Whether a law firm agrees to speak with you;
- Whether a law firm accepts your matter;
- The legal advice provided by a law firm;
- How a law firm evaluates a potential claim;
- The strategy or services provided by a law firm;
- The fees or costs a law firm may charge; or
- The outcome of any legal matter.
Any legal representation is governed by a separate agreement between you and the participating law firm.
Where Full Settlements facilitates an introduction, your enquiry is intended to be connected with one participating law firm, rather than being simultaneously distributed to multiple law firms. Full Settlements does not represent that any particular participating law firm is suitable for your individual needs.
6. No Guarantee of Qualification or Representation
Submitting an enquiry through Full Settlements does not guarantee that:
- You have a valid legal claim;
- You are eligible to receive compensation;
- Your enquiry will satisfy a participating law firm's criteria;
- You will be introduced to a law firm;
- A law firm will agree to represent you;
- A claim will be filed;
- A claim will settle;
- You will recover compensation; or
- Any particular result will be achieved.
Participating law firms independently determine whether they wish to review or accept a potential matter.
7. Settlement Estimates and Compensation Information
Full Settlements may provide an estimated settlement or compensation range based on information you provide through the questionnaire. Any estimate is provided for general informational purposes only.
Settlement estimates are generated using broad assumptions and limited information and cannot account for every factor that may affect the value or outcome of an individual claim.
An estimate provided by Full Settlements:
- Is not a formal case valuation;
- Is not legal advice;
- Is not an offer of settlement;
- Is not a prediction of what you will recover;
- Is not a valuation made by an attorney;
- Does not guarantee that you have a valid claim; and
- Does not guarantee that you will receive compensation.
The actual value of a motor vehicle accident claim may depend on many factors, including facts, evidence, insurance coverage, applicable law, liability, damages, and other circumstances that Full Settlements does not fully collect or evaluate.
Only a qualified attorney who has reviewed your particular circumstances can provide legal advice concerning the potential value of a claim.
8. Information You Submit
You agree to provide information that is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
You must not knowingly submit:
- False or misleading information;
- Information relating to another person without appropriate authority;
- Fraudulent enquiries;
- Information intended to impersonate another person; or
- Information for unlawful or abusive purposes.
The information you provide may be used to determine whether your enquiry appears suitable for an introduction and may be verified during subsequent communications.
We may decline to process or continue handling an enquiry where we reasonably believe the information provided is false, fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable.
9. Communications
When you provide your contact information through Full Settlements, you may receive communications relating to your enquiry.
Depending on the circumstances, communications may come from:
- Full Settlements;
- A call centre or other service provider acting on our behalf; or
- A participating law firm to which you are introduced.
Communications may occur by telephone, email, or SMS.
SMS messages from Full Settlements are intended to relate to your submitted enquiry, including verification, contact attempts, and reminders, rather than unrelated ongoing marketing.
You may opt out of SMS communications from us by replying STOP, where supported.
Any additional consent required for particular telephone or SMS communications may be presented when you submit your information.
10. Call Recording
Telephone calls made or received in connection with Full Settlements may be monitored or recorded for purposes including:
- Quality assurance;
- Training;
- Verification;
- Compliance;
- Fraud prevention;
- Dispute resolution; and
- Record keeping.
Call recording will be conducted subject to applicable law.
11. Acceptable Use
You may use Full Settlements only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Use the website in violation of applicable law;
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
- Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar tools without permission;

- Use Full Settlements in a way that could harm the service, participating law firms, other users, or third parties.
We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
12. Intellectual Property

13. Third-Party Services
Full Settlements relies on third-party technology and service providers to operate certain aspects of the service.
We may also facilitate communication with independent third parties, including participating law firms.
Third parties operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, practices, and legal obligations.
Full Settlements is not responsible for the professional services, legal advice, decisions, acts, or omissions of independent participating law firms.
14. Availability and Changes to the Service
We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of Full Settlements at any time.
We do not guarantee that:
- The website will always be available;
- The website will operate without interruption or error;
- Any particular feature will remain available;
- A participating law firm will be available in every location; or
- We will be able to facilitate an introduction for every enquiry.
We may update questionnaire criteria, estimated settlement ranges, website content, participating markets, and other aspects of the service.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Full Settlements and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not make warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding:
- The accuracy or completeness of general information provided on the website;
- The availability or uninterrupted operation of the service;
- Whether you qualify for legal representation;
- Whether a participating law firm will accept your matter;
- The value of any claim;
- The accuracy of any settlement estimate;
- The outcome of any legal matter; or
- Whether use of Full Settlements will result in compensation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the business operating Full Settlements and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of Full Settlements.
Full Settlements is not responsible for the acts, omissions, advice, decisions, professional services, or conduct of an independent participating law firm.
We are also not responsible for the outcome of any legal claim or for a law firm's decision to accept or decline representation.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
17. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Where required by applicable law, separate notices or consent mechanisms may also be presented when information is collected.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal requirements.
When changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date shown at the top of these Terms.
Your continued use of Full Settlements after updated Terms become effective will be subject to the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and disputes arising from or relating to Full Settlements will be governed by applicable law.
Because Full Settlements may be made available to consumers in multiple U.S. states, nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of mandatory rights or protections that apply under the law of your jurisdiction.
Any specific governing-law or forum provision adopted by the business operating Full Settlements will remain subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory laws.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional notices or terms presented in connection with Full Settlements, govern your use of Full Settlements.
Any agreement for legal representation is separate and is entered into directly between you and a participating law firm.
